Pakistan Telecommunication Company announced new software update for their newly launched PTCL EVO TABLET. This software upgrade fix the issues which are faced by early users of the tablet.
Software Release Version: MD70_PLUS_V2.10 fix these issues:
- Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot
- USB Internet Tethering
- Language in Compass Calibration
- APN Widget Fix to enable & disable 3G connection
- G-Sensor/Accelerometer improved to allow better tilt control in games.
- Default Aps decreased to free up memory for more user Aps & faster performance
- Aps2SD Application installed by default to automatically prompt to move movable aps to SD card

Skype works but not support video calls.

i want to buy this Tab for entertainment & web purpose .....can Evo Tab play HD 720p movies smoothly if we copy them on the SD card available with it.....i m confused 512MB of ram in not enough to play a HD 720p movie...
secondly, what will be the battery timing of evo tab if we use it only for movies..or surfing web....in the Advertisement they said upto 7 hours but i've read many reviews that it only give 4-5 hours....
& last whats the charging time of Tab
480p movies play well.
for 720p install Mobo Video Player but result is not good.
Battery timing with continues use of Internet data connection is 4 - 5 Hrs.
